Mianyang Science & Technology City Development & Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. successfully issued senior unsecured bonds worth RMB 530 million overseas in March 2024, with a letter of credit (LC) provided by the Chengdu branch of Shanghai Bank (601229.SH), featuring a bond coupon rate of 3.18%, the lowest coupon rate of LC structured dim sum bonds nationwide in nearly a decade.
