DeHeng Law Offices (Hong Kong) LLP advised the managers and the trustee on the issuance of CNY440.0 million 5.3 per cent. bonds due 2027 by Sanming City Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd. (三明市城市建设发展集团有限公司) (the “Issuer”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”). Listing of the bonds on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock code: 84477) has commenced on 4 January 2024.

Since its establishment in 2019, the Group has carried out infrastructure construction activities and provided public services in Sanming City. The Group’s businesses include infrastructure construction, sales of real estate, sales of goods, hotel catering, leasing, property management and other businesses. Leveraging on the robust development of Sanming City and Fujian Province, strong support from shareholders and the expertise of the management team, the Group has undertaken and completed a large number of strategically important projects and played an important role in the development of Sanming City.
