In December 2023, GDD Holding Group Co., Ltd. successfully issued USD 500 million offshore bonds with a coupon rate of 6.3%.

As the PRC legal counsel to the underwriters, the DeHeng team, with primary support of Hou Zhiwei, Ye Jiateng, Zhang Yan, Hu Xueyuan, Lan Tingyu, Wang Haoyu and Jin Songjin, assisted the issuer in completing the offering.
