DeHeng Assisted Huatai Securities Again in Renewing Its MTN Program and Completing the Second Drawdown

In November 2023, Pioneer Reward Limited, a subsidiary of Huatai International Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huatai Securities Co., Ltd., renewed its offshore USD 3 billion medium-term note (MTN) program and issued USD 800 million bonds to global investors under the program, for which Huatai Securities provided the letter of guarantee.

As the issuer’s PRC legal counsel, the DeHeng team, with primary support from Hou Zhiwei, Zhang Yan, Hu Xueyuan, Yang Youqi and Liu Chen, once again assisted Huatai Securities in completing the renewal and drawdown of the MTN program and the bond offering.
