DeHeng Assisted INNO Investment in Obtaining Licenses from the SFC

Recently, DeHeng successfully assisted INNO Investment in obtaining the approval of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) for the issuance of Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) licenses.

The DeHeng team, led by lawyer Luo Zhiyu of Beijing Office, provided whole-process legal services for the client, covering cross-border structuring, outbound investment, corporate governance and license application. DeHeng’s Hong Kong Office partner Liang Baihe was the principal head for the Hong Kong licensing business, and worked with her team members Yang Shuojin, Li Zihui and Zhang Xiaoyu, to provide whole-process legal services for license application and approval.
