DeHeng Once Again Advised Qingdao Gonson Development (Group) Co., Ltd. on the Issuance of a USD 210 Million Sustainability Bond

In October 2023, Qingdao Conson Development (Group) Co., Ltd. issued a USD 210 million sustainability bond overseas with a coupon rate of 7% and a keepwell structure, under which Haitian (BVI) International Investment Development Limited, an overseas subsidiary of Gonson served as the issuer, and Gonson provided keepwell for the offering.

As the issuer’s PRC legal counsel, the DeHeng team, with primary support from Hou Zhiwei, Zhang Yan, Hu Xueyuan, Yang Youqi and Jin Songjin, assisted it in completing the offering.
