DeHeng Assisted Shaanxi Transportation Holding Group in Completing the Construction of the Compliance Management System

On September 9, 2022, Shaanxi Transportation Holding Group and Shaanxi Highway Engineering Consulting Company issued the “Notice of Deal Confirmation,” announcing the cooperation between DeHeng Xixian Office and Shaanxi Transportation Holding Group in respect of the latter’s compliance management system building and consulting service. In the following year, DeHeng Xixian Office assisted Shaanxi Transportation Holding Group in perfecting the compliance system, setting up the operating mechanism and support mechanism, and formulating the Compliance Management Manual (applicable to 12 departments). On this basis, it further assisted Shaanxi Transportation Holding Group in combing risk points, establishing the risk dataset and internalizing external regulations. It also completed special assessments in key areas such as corporate governance; financing, financial and tax management; human resources; anti-bribery, anti-unfair competition and anti-monopoly. It produced a special compliance guide to help the company complete the construction of its compliance management system.

As the legal counsel, the DeHeng team, considering the extensive scope, the great diversity of business involved, and the great difficulty of the project, gave full play to its professional strengths in the field of corporate compliance business, and extended the depth of legal service efficiently through cooperation between the head office and the regional office. They produced documents for the compliance management system in line with the actual situation of Shaanxi Transportation Holding Group, and provided professional, rigorous and prudent legal services for it.
