On August 24, 2023, the initial public offering of shares of Baowu Carbon Technology Co., Ltd. on the ChiNext board was deliberated and approved by the 67th review meeting of the Listing Review Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) in 2023.
