DeHeng Advised Shandong Guanfeng Seed Technology Co., Ltd. on the Convening of the First Creditors’ Meeting on Pre-reorganization

On August 24, 2023, the first creditors’ meeting on the pre-reorganization of Shandong Guanfeng Seed Technology Co., Ltd. was held at the Fourth Trial Division of the People’s Court of Guanxian County, Shandong Province.

The meeting was presided over by the People’s Court of Guanxian County. Lawyer Gao Xiufeng, the person in charge of the Enterprise Rescue and Bankruptcy Committee of DeHeng’s Jinan Office, served as the person in charge of the interim administrator of the pre-reorganization case of Shandong Guanfeng Seed Technology Co., Ltd. At the meeting, the Shandong Guanfeng Seed Technology Co., Ltd. Pre-reorganization Plan and the Rules of Procedure for the Creditors’ Meeting on Pre-reorganization were submitted to the creditors’ meeting for voting, and the final voting results will be determined after the expiration of the voting period.

The pre-reorganization case of Shandong Guanfeng Seed Technology Co., Ltd. is the first of its kind after Liaocheng Intermediate People’s Court promulgated the guide to pre-reorganization, and has attracted much attention from the Liaocheng Intermediate People’s Court and society. The handling of this case will provide reference for other pre-reorganization cases in the region.
