DeHeng Assisted ROTOBOOST in Setting Up the Red-Chip Structure and Reorganizing the Overseas Restructure

Recently, ROTOBOOST Holdings Ltd., a global hydrogen energy company, and its parent company (hereinafter referred to collectively as “ROTOBOOST”) have completed the setup of a red-chip structure and the reorganization of its domestic and foreign structures across seven jurisdictions. In early 2023, ROTOBOOST introduced renowned institutional investors and completed the closing of the financing.
