On August 23, 2023, Jiangxi Mubon Hi-Tech Inc. (stock abbreviation: Mubon Hi-Tech, stock code: 603398) received an audit opinion issued by the Listing Review Center of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, which states that its application for issuing shares to specific targets conforms to the issuance conditions, listing conditions and information disclosure requirements.
