Silicon Valley Office Won Another Class Action Lawsuit in the U.S. for EB-5 Immigrant Investors

On August 3, 2023, the federal judge presiding over the case issued a judgment that formally approved the settlement agreement reached between the parties regarding the class action lawsuit. The settlement, with a compensation ratio of 67%, is a rare victory for EB-5 investors from Chinese mainland in a U.S. court.
