On June 26, 2023, Beijing Yupont Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: Yupont Electric Power, stock code: 688597. SH) obtained the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for the issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified targets.
