DeHeng Assisted Beijing Energy Holding Co., Ltd. in Its Acquisition of Ruihe Insurance Brokerage Company

In April 2023, Beijing Energy Holding Co., Ltd. acquired 100% equity of Beijing Ruihe Insurance Brokerage Co., Ltd. for RMB 53 million at Beijing Financial Assets Exchange.

The acquisition target of this transaction is a state-owned insurance intermediary, involving the transfer of state-owned equity, evaluation, on-exchange trading, and insurance intermediary license processing. The process was complex and unique.

As the special legal counsel of Beijing Energy Holding in this project, the DeHeng team, led by partner Jia Hui of its Beijing Office, and with primary support from lawyer Fu Ranran and paralegal Zhang Youran, provided whole-process legal services for the client, including legal due diligence, business negotiation, transaction document review and project delivery, and won high recognition and trust from the client.
