DeHeng Assisted CCB Beijing Investment Fund in Investing in a Leading Stem Cell-based Biopharmaceutical Project in China

In April 2023, CCB (Beijing) Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., an equity investment platform under CCB Trust, took the lead in completing a Series B equity investment of more than RMB 200 million in a stem cell-based biotechnology company in Suzhou by way of capital increase.

As the special legal counsel of CCB (Beijing) Investment Fund Management in this project, the DeHeng team, led by partner Jia Hui of its Beijing Office, and with primary support from lawyers Fu Ranran, Sun Xialin and Mou Jiashuang, provided whole-process legal services for the client, including legal due diligence, business negotiation, drafting and review of transaction documents, and won high praises from the client.
