DeHeng Law Offices (Hong Kong) LLP advised Qingdao West Coast New Area Ronghe Holding Group Co., Ltd. (青岛西海岸新区融合控股集团有限公司) (the “Issuer”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) on its issuance of CNY300,000,000 5.35 per cent. notes due 2026 in Shanghai Free-Trade Zone and listed on the Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. (“MOX”). The Notes is listed on the MOX (Stock code: MOXLB2367) on 21 April 2023.

Since its establishment in 2018, the Group has been serving as the core operating entity carrying out municipal development activities and providing public services in Qingdao City. The Group’s businesses include trade business, agent construction business, development business and manufacturing business. Leveraging on the development of Qingdao City and Shandong Province, strong shareholder’s support and the experienced management team of the Group, the Group has undertaken and completed a large number of municipal development projects, and played an important role in the development of Qingdao City.
