DeHeng Advised Sentai WPC Group Co., Ltd. on Competing Its Initial Public Offering

On April 17, 2023, Anhui Sentai WPC Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sentai," stock code: 301429) was officially listed on the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and became the first A-share listed company in the wood-plastic industry. Sentai issued 29.56 million shares at the price of RMB 28.75 per share, and raised RMB 849.85 million from the IPO.
