DeHeng Advised ZM-BESTA on Listing on Beijing Stock Exchange

On March 14, 2023, Xuzhou ZM-Besta Heavy Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (stock code: 835857) went public on the Beijing Stock Exchange. It issued 37,800,000 shares at the price of RMB 4 per share, and raised a total of RMB 151.20 million which will be used to finance the R&D project of steel-structure building integrated photovoltaics system, and that of the exterior wall panel and its and production line for new-type steel-structure prefabricated residential buildings.
