DeHeng Advised ZM-BESTA Heavy Steel Structure on Obtaining Approval for Its IPO on Beijing Stock Exchange and for Registration

Xuzhou ZM-BESTA Heavy Steel Structure Co., Ltd. obtained the approval from the 81st session of the Public Offering Committee of Beijing Stock Exchange on December 12, 2022 for its application to publicly offer shares to unspecified qualified investors and list on the Exchange, and on January 17, 2023 China Securities Regulatory Commission approved its registration.

As the issuer's legal counsel, the DeHeng team was led by Suzhou Office's partner Chen Haixiang, with primary support from Suzhou Office's partner Ge Xiaoxia and lawyer Yuan Chunyu, worked closely with the issuer, the sponsor and the audit firm and provided comprehensive, professional, high-quality and efficient legal services for the project.
