On December 30, 2022, Lian Technology Co., Ltd. obtained approval from the 89th session of the ChiNext Listing Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2022 for its application to issue first RMB-dominated ordinary shares (A shares) and go public on the ChiNext Market.
