ZD-Power, an energy digitization service operator, recently announced the completion of its A round of financing of more than RMB 100 million, with Gaoling (Tianjin) Venture Capital as the lead investor, followed by Source Code Capital and CreoCapital, and with TAIHECAP as the exclusive financial advisor. 

In this round of financing, as ZD-Power's legal counsel, the DeHeng team, led by lawyers Zhong Lihui and Wang Kang and with primary support from paralegal Wang Dujia, provided comprehensive, professional, efficient and high-quality legal services for the project, and won the trust and recognition of the client.
