DeHeng Advised Jiangsu Sukong Holding Group Co., Ltd. on Overseas Bond Issuance of USD 200 Million

On September 27, 2022, DeHeng, as the PRC legal counsel, advised Jiangsu Zhongguancun Holding Group (International) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Sukong Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangsu Sukong Holding Group”), on issuing a 3-year senior unsecured bond on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The issuance was guaranteed by Jiangsu Sukong Holding Group, with a total issue size of USD 200 million.

As the PRC legal counsel for the underwriter, the DeHeng team was led by lawyer Jianing Huang, with primary support from lawyer Qing Gao and paralegal Xingwen Chen. They worked closely with the underwriter, the issuer, the trustee and other intermediary agencies, and provided professional, efficient and high-quality legal services for the issuance.
