DeHeng Advised Jiande State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. on Overseas USD Bond Issuance

DeHeng advised Jiantou International (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, an overseas subsidiary of Jiande State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd., on issuing RegS three-year senior unsecured bonds in two tranches on September 16 and 21, 2022 respectively. The bonds were denominated in US dollars with a fixed interest rate, and were issued under the non-rating pure keepwell agreement with a total issue size of USD 110 million.

As the issuer's PRC legal counsel, the DeHeng team was led by lawyers Jianing Huang,  Shengjie Zhang and  Chao Zhang, with primary support from lawyers Liefu Ji and  Qing Gao and intern Xingwen Chen. They worked closely with the issuer, the underwriter and other intermediary agencies and provided professional, efficient and high-quality legal services for the issuance.
