Recently Dongguan Science and Technology Finance Group Co., Ltd. obtained the non-objection letter for its non-public issuance of corporate bonds meeting the listing requirements of Shenzhen Stock Exchange from the latter, and was approved to issue corporate bonds worth no more than RMB 800 million to professional investors, with Dongguan Securities as the underwriter.
