DeHeng Advised Xinrui Medical Technology on Raising over RMB 10 Million from Angel Investor

Suzhou Xinrui Medical Technology Co., Ltd. has recently completed the raising of over RMB 10 million from the sole angel investor, Northern Light Venture Capital. The money will be used for the R&D and production of polymer heart valves and the R&D of various supporting products. 

As the legal counsel, the DeHeng team, with primary support from partner Zhang Lei and lawyer Zhu Yun and paralegal Li Mengjing, participated in the drafting of documents, deal negotiation, delivery follow-up and other matters of the deal on the client. DeHeng will continue to advise the client on its R&D of polymer heart valves, and looks forward to common progress in the future.
