DeHeng Advised Heyan Technology on Completing Series B Financing in Hundreds of Millions of Yuan

Shenyang Heyan Technology Co., Ltd. recently announced the completion of Series B financing in hundreds of millions of yuan from Walden International, Chaoyue Moore Investment Management Co., Ltd., Oriza Hua, Inno-Chip, Jinpu Xinchao, Silan Digital Technology, Yinxinggu Capital, Tianjin Teda Investment Holdings, Xingcheng Capital, Suzhou Huiqi Venture Capital and Qiuyuan Royal Sea Capital, as well as its Series A investor TDSH Capital. 

As the legal counsel, the DeHeng team, with primary support from partner Zhang Lei and lawyers Zhu Yun and Sun Kai, participated in the drafting of documents, deal negotiation, delivery follow-up and other matters of the deal on behalf of Heyan Technology. The DeHeng lawyers have established a long-term strategic partnership with the client since it officially started market-based financing.
