On January 26, 2022, Caina Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 301122) was officially listed on ChiNext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. For the IPO, it issued 235.088 million shares at the price of RMB 50.31 per share, bringing the total number of shares of the company to 94,035,122.
