on Co-Initiating Yitong Digital Technology

On December 22, 2021, Yitong Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a supply chain service provider jointly funded by Sinochem AMC, Syngenta Group Co., Ltd. and QingHai Salt Lake Industry Co., Ltd., was inaugurated in Beijing. As the special legal counsel for Sinochem AMC for this deal, the DeHeng team completed the legal due diligence on the entities and assets related to the establishment of Yitong Digital Technology and issued the due diligence report, assisted in the revision of the Sponsor Agreement, the Articles of Association and other documents, and provided relevant legal advice on the incorporation process.

As the legal counsel, the DeHeng team was led by partners Li Hua and Sun Yanli of the Beijing Office, with primary support from partner Qin Linan and intern lawyer Dong Yu. They worked closely with Sinochem AMC, completed the work professionally and efficiently, and won high recognition from the client.
