On December 20, 2021, the Intermediate People's Court of Quanzhou, Fujian Province, made a ruling in favor of Fosun Hani Securities Limited in its application for recognition and enforcement of Civil Judgment No. HCA 2069/2018 made by the Court of First Instance of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
