On September 24, 2021, Henan Liliang Diamond Co., Ltd.  (stock code: 301071) was listed on ChiNext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. For the IPO, it issued 15,092,995 shares at the price of RMB 20.62 per share and raised about RMB 311 million which will be used for Baojing New Material's intelligent chemical factory project for industrial diamond and synthetic diamond production, the R&D center project and for replenishing working capital.
