DeHeng Advised SODRON on Completing the Latest Round of Financing

Shanghai SODRON Automatic Co., Ltd. has recently completed a round of financing from investors including FG Venture, Hikvision, and Ying Capital. The funds raised will be mainly used for the construction of new production lines and the R&D center.

On behalf of SODRON, the DeHeng team, with primary support from partners Yang Min and Tang Mu, participated in the discussion of the transaction documents, review and revision of the transaction text, and assisted the client in completing the delivery. In particular, DeHeng helped the client formulate a negotiation and cooperation strategy in response to its demands and the investors', and finally completed the signing and delivery of transaction documents, winning high praises from the client.
