Inner Mongolia Energy Engineering Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. as the offeror has recently completed the privatization of Inner Mongolia Energy Engineering Investment Co., Ltd. (01649.hk), and the latter was formally delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 8, 2021.

DeHeng's Shenzhen Office served as the offeror's legal counsel, and was led by partners Su Qiyun and Liu Shuang, with partner Huangfu Tianzhi, team partners Deng Yuge and Wang Yang as the lead lawyers, and with support from Wang Jinling and Li Xiang.
