On September 9, 2021, COFCO Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 301058) was officially listed on ChiNext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. For the IPO, it issued 101.96 million shares at a price of RMB 3.55 per share and raised RMB 361.958 million.
