On September 1, 2021, Yoantion Industry Co., Ltd. (stock code: 301053) was officially listed on ChiNext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. For the public offering, it issued 20.44 million shares at the price of RMB 11.87 per share, and raised about RMB 242,622,800.
