on Establishing a RMB 1.5 Billion RMB Fund

Maison Capital has recently set up a new RMB fund of about RMB 1.5 billion, with LP including government guidance funds, insurers, state-owned enterprises, market-oriented FOF, QFLP and high-net-worth individuals, over 80% of which are institutional investors. 

On behalf of Maison Capital, the DeHeng team, with primary support from lawyers Zhang Lei, Fang Wen and Zhu Yun, provided full-process legal services for fund establishment, investor negotiation, and filing. This is Maison Capital's fifth RMB.
