On July 14, 2021, the shares Beijing SinoHytec Co., Ltd. ("SinoHytec,", stock code "688339") planned to issue to specific investors through summary procedures were registered with the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The specific investors were UBS, BAIC New Energy, JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley. This was the first targeted placement of shares through summary procedures on the STAR Market.
