USD 1 Billion MTNs and Pricing of USD 100 Million Drawdown

On May 14, 2021, Haitong UT Brilliant Ltd obtained the Listing Approval from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and registered USD 1 billion medium-term notes (MTNs), with guarantee from Haitong Unitrust International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. The issuance of the three-year USD 100 million senior notes drawn under the MTN program was priced on May 28 by Haitong UT Brilliant Limited, with guarantee from Haitong Unitrust International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.

As the Chinese legal counsel for the issuance, the DeHeng team was led by senior partner Zhao Zhidong, with primary support from associates Xu Lin and Yang Lan.
