DeHeng has been successfully shortlisted

by China General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd（Genertec）

as the legal counsel of external domestic law firm

Recently, Genertec announced the result of the shortlisted domestic law firms. DeHeng was successfully elected and shortlisted in the three fields of litigation & mediation, M&A and reorganization, and other non-litigation legal services. 

In March 2021, Genertec released an announcement on the procurement of domestic law firm , including three professional fields of litigation and arbitration, M&A and restructuring, and other non-litigation services. After comprehensive evaluations of multiple law firm applicants, DeHeng finally stood out and was elected into all of the three fields s mentioned above, which fully demonstrated DeHeng's comprehensive and remarkable service capability in related practice areas.

In order to satisfy Genertec's legal service demands in this project, DeHeng formed a task force team which is led by partner Huang Kaiguo in the practice area of litigation & arbitration by partner Fan Zhaoxia in the areas of M&A, restructuring and other non-litigation services, and with primary support from several other lawyers with professional expertise. Service oriented, DeHeng will provide Genertec with professional, high-quality, and comprehensive legal services.
