On February 22, 2021, the application of Changzhou Almaden Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002623) for non-public offering of shares was approved by the Public Offering Review Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Almaden planned to privately issue no more than 48 million shares to no more than 35 specific investors who meet the requirements of the CSRC, and to raise up to RMB 1,000 million.
