On November 26, 2020, Shanghai Stock Exchange issued a no-objection letter on "2020 Non-public Issuance of Green Bonds by Kaifeng State-owned Assets Investment Management Co., Ltd." The issuance planned to raise RMB 700 million, and the underwriters were Sinolink Securities and Huatai United Securities.
