DeHeng Advised Kingdee on Investing RMB 150 Million in Dtwave.com

On November 6, 2020, at the 2020 Kingdee User Conference, Kingdee announced that it has exclusively completed Series B investment of RMB 150 million in Hangzhou Dtwave.com Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dtwave.com"), and reached strategic cooperation with the latter.
Founded in 1993, Kingdee is mainly engaged in the production, development, and operation of computer software and hardware, technical training and information consulting services. It has engaged in the field of enterprise cloud services and production of cloud native technologies for many years, and has accumulated a wealth of technology and experience.
Dtwave.com, established in 2016, has been providing services across industries, with a focus on real estate and financial industries. It has provided Data Center Manager services for the development of enterprises such as Vanke Group, Greentown Property Services, Bank of China, Huatai Securities, ranking first in the market share of Data Center Manager services industry.
With the development of the digital economy, companies, while intensifying the digital development model, are transitioning from the ERP to EBC model. Unlike ERP which can effectively plan the use of resources in various departments, the core role of EBC lies in the effective conversion and application of data. Data will be used as the core strategic resource and important production materials in data-driven enterprises to explore new profit growth points.
Through the investment, Kingdee will use its advantages in business scenarios, EBC architecture and markets to help and energize Dtwave.com in such areas as business, distribution channels, solutions, capital, and technology, and boost its capabilities of the Data Center Manager services to a new level.
