On September 22, 2020, Road Environment Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 688156) was listed on the STAR Market of Shanghai Stock Exchange. For the initial public offering, it issued 22.96 million shares at the price of RMB 15.91 per share, and raised RMB 365 million in gross.

Founded in 2006, Road Environment is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to R&D and industrialization of technologies in the filed of high-water-containing waste. It focuses on the treatment of high accumulations of river and lake sludge, construction mud and industrial brewing waste.
