On September 16, 2020, Pony Testing International Group Co., Ltd. ("Pony Testing," stock code: 300887) was listed on ChiNext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. For the initial public offering, it issued 19 million shares at RMB 44.47 each, and raised RMB 845 million in total.
Founded in 2002, Pony Testing is a comprehensive third-party technical service provider for inspection, testing and certification. Its main business includes inspection, testing, measurement, certification and related technical services for health and environmental protection, electronics and safety regulations, quality appraisal of consumer products, and safety assurance. Pony Testing has mastered mature inspection and testing technology in many fields, built a professional team and a relatively complete R&D system, and actively participated in the drafting and formulation of a number of national and industry standards. It has obtained the qualifications for food re-inspection, and has been approved to set up substations of post-doctoral scientific research workstations.
