DeHeng Advised Highbroad Advanced on Listing on NEEQ Select

At 9:30 am on July 27, 2020, as a new trade day started, Highbroad Advanced Material (Hefei) Co., Ltd. ("Highbroad Advanced", stock code: 833994) was officially listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) Select, and became one of the first 32 companies to do so.

Highbroad Advanced is a provider of backlight display modules, which are essential components of semiconductor display panels. It is capable of optical design, light guide panel design, precision mould design, overall structure design and intelligent manufacturing. Among its clients are BOE, Innolux, Japan Display Inc. and other well-known semiconductor display panel companies domestic and international. 

In this project, the DeHeng team, composed of partner Wang Xian'an, business partners Wang Jianfeng and Li Zhenhui as well as lawyers and paralegals including Hong Xiaolong, Dai Wei, Fang Li, Li Yijue, Deng Di, Yu Yuan and Song Kai, provided professional, efficient and high-quality legal services for the listing of Highbroad Advanced.
