DeHeng Awarded Mandate to Provide legal Services

for CITIC Bank Wealth Management in 2020

Recently, by virtue of its outstanding performance and rich experience in areas of asset management, capital market services, collection and preservation, labor employment and intellectual property rights protection, DeHeng has beat a number of excellent law firms and won the bid for serving CITIC Bank Wealth Management as outside lawyer in 2020. DeHeng's Shanghai Office will work with other bid winners to provide comprehensive legal services including non-litigation and litigation services for CITIC Bank Wealth Management. 

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of China CITIC Bank, CITIC Bank Wealth Management, with registered capital of RMB 5 billion,  is mainly engaged in related businesses about asset management services such as the issuance of public-offering wealth management products and private-placement wealth management products, wealth management advisory and consulting, etc. CITIC Bank Wealth Management is the fourth domestic wealth management subsidiary of a joint-stock commercial bank, and the first of a national joint-equity bank based in Shanghai.

The bidding team was led by partners Pan Juanjuan, Zhang Lei and Xu Dong, with primary support from lawyers Sha Yunfei, Huang Yan, Lang Wenyan and other lawyers and paralegals.
