for Listing on SSE STAR Market

On June 16, 2020, the IPO application of Shanghai Titan Scientific Co., Ltd. ("Titan") was approved at the 2020 44th review meeting of the STAR Market Stock Listing Committee of Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE). 

Titan provides reagents, special chemicals, instruments, consumables, laboratory construction, informationization services, and other products and one-stop services to meet the scientific research needs of science researchers, analysts, testing and quality control personnel. It has served over 30,000 clients and over one million science researchers, including most of domestic 985 and 211 engineering colleges , and various research institutes subordinate to the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and China State Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry.
