On February 21, 2020, Thinkon Semiconductor Jinzhou Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "ThinkonSemi") was officially listed on the STAR (Sci-Tech innovAtion boaRd) Market of Shanghai Stock Exchange with the stock code "688233". The IPO issued 40 million shares, at the price of RMB 21.67 per share and raised a total of RMB 866.8 million. The sponsor was Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd.
Founded in July 2013, ThinkonSemi is one of the few Chinese manufacturers capable of stable mass production of monocrystalline silicon with large-size and high-purity for etching integrated circuits. Its principal business covers the R&D, production and sale of monocrystalline silicon materials for integrated circuit etching. Its core product is a monocrystalline silicon material with large-size and high-purity for etching integrated circuits, which is a core raw material for manufacturing silicon electrodes for etching integrated circuits. The purity of monocrystalline silicon it produced is 10 to 11.9, and mass-produced silicon can be up to 19 inches and reach the world-advanced level in core indicators of product quality, capable of meeting the technological requirements of silicon materials in the etching process of 7nm advanced process chip manufacturing. Its main clients include Mitsubishi Materials, SK Chemicals, CoorsTek, Hana, Silfex and other world-known etching silicon electrode manufacturers.
