On November 15, 2019, Guiyang Xintian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xintian Pharmaceutical", stock code: 002873.SZ) obtained approval from the Public Offering Review Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for public issuance of convertible bonds worth no more than 177.3 million yuan.

Listed in 2017, Xintian Pharmaceutical is specializing in the research & development, production and sales of Chinese patent medicines which are mainly used to treat diseases of the urinary system, gynecological diseases and other diseases with complicated causes. It is certified as a national high-tech enterprise, a national designated producer of minority special commodities and a national key leader in agricultural industrialization.

Committed to the research and development of Chinese patent medicines, it has established an R&D team with a reasonable age structure, led by well-known experts and composed of elite young doctors and masters. It spends over 30 million yuan in research and development every year, and owns 36 invention patents, 6 design patents, and 11 national new drug certificates, and has launched 7 national-level projects and more than 10 provincial-level projects.
