Runya Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("Runya Information") completed the series B financing of tens of millions yuan on December 17, 2018. The series of financing was led by Sigma Square Capital and followed by the existing investor BlueRun Ventures. As the legal counsel to Sigma Square Capital, DeHeng assisted in the completion of the financing.

Runya Information is a corporate service company for the auto sales industry. Through its automotive retail smart business platform, Runya Information provides car dealers with real-time data-based process information management services. Runya Information's service platform integrates the functions in the three dimensions of customer data (CRM), financial data (ERP), and operational data (SaaS platform) to realize the "customer-operation-finance integration". AI  algorithm is added to the data mining analysis to realize functions such as gross margin forecasting, image recognition, purchase and stocking planning. At present, the data carrier – IRiS system has entered the third stage, and thousands of auto retailer users have chosen Runya Information's IRiS system.

This financing project was completed in an accelerated pace.
