Hang Yick Holdings Company Limited（hereinafter referred to as "Hang Yick Holdings"） was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) with the stock code of 01894.HK on October 12, 2018. DeHeng, as the Chinese legal counsel of this project, provided comprehensive legal services for the listing.

Hang Yick Holdings is a limited company established in the Cayman Islands. Huizhou Hang Yick Hardware Products Co., Ltd., the domestic operation entity indirectly controlled by Hang Yick Holdings, is a steel and metal engineering company founded in 2010, mainly producing different types of brackets, steel structure frames, steel gates, iron gates, rolling gates, fire doors, aluminum alloy doors, windows, locks and other hardware products. With a history of 25 years, this Group specializes in designing, manufacturing, supplying and installing steel and metal products for buildings in Hong Kong. In 2017, the Group was the largest steel and metal engineering company in the public sector in Hong Kong in terms of revenue, and has a market share of approximately 31.9%.

DeHeng, as the Chinese legal counsel for this project, formed a project team which consisted of Su Qiyun, Liu Shuang, Huangfu Tianzhi, Wang Yang, Li Junheng and Chen Siyi from its Shenzhen office. The legal services provided include: conducting due diligence and issuing legal opinions for the domestic companies affiliated to the listed company, assisting in the revision of Chinese and English version of prospectus regarding Chinese legal matters, and providing feedback on the questions raised by the HKEX and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission from time to time during the listing review process involving legal matters in China. The service is highly recognized by the company. This project is their fifth listing in Hong Kong in 2018.
